Right Car Hospital bears the BSI Kitemark. This is your assurance that procedures are regularly subjected to rigorous, independent testing to ensure that they comply with stringent standards for safety, product performance and reliability. In addition, the Kitemark also means that the quality systems of the Bodyshop are systematically assessed. The Kitemark is therefore Right Car Hospital's commitment towards maintaining the highest possible standards.
We have also achieved and fully met the standards that form our Membership with the Retail Motor Industry & Motor Vehicle Repair Association and have been successful in gaining KIA Motors Bodyshop Approval.
The site operates a stringent Quality Control system which includes end of process sign-off and a final inspection completed on every vehicle by a responsible person. The whole Quality Control process is documented and dated to allow full traceability.
In order to guarantee repairs are carried out correctly, technical personnel are issued with that cham data via escribe on vehicles which require structural repairs.
All relevant equipment is included in a regular maintenance and calibration plan. Including checks on sub contract supplier?s calibration certification.

The site operates its own collection & delivery service.The Recovery of more seriously damaged vehicles and out of hours recovery is outsourced to Bell Truck Services.The company operates a quality management system accredited to ISO 9001:2001 and PAS 43 standards.
